The apartment features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes a spacious bedroom with a double latex mattress (170 × 190 cm), as well as a small room with a single memory-foam mattress (80 × 190 cm) — ideal for a child or an additional guest.

For your convenience, the apartment offers a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV channels and smart TV in all the rooms.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful private terrace, furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs—perfect for al fresco meals or a quiet morning coffee. The charming garden is equipped with a hammock, sun loungers, and a barbecue area with a table, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

A private parking space and bicycle parking are also available for free.

We are DOG FRIENDLY - the dogs of SMALL and MEDIUM size (up to 12 kg) are welcome (BY REQUEST ONLY and with a small additional fee).
